Diesel engine fuel injection pipes work under ultra high pressure, strong pressure impulses and violent vibration conditions. These conditions require very high and strict mechanical properties for the seamless steel tubes used for diesel engine fuel injection systems.
These seamless steel tubes are perfect alternatives to replace German and Japan made tubes, to save customers’ cost, but without compromise in quality and performances.
Working Pressure
From 300 bar (4350 psi) , to 2000 bar (29000 psi).
Burst Pressure
After autofrettage, the burst pressure increases up to 9000 bar to 10000 bar.

Our seamless steel tubes for fuel injection pipes are made strictly per ISO8535-1, Compression-Ignition Engines – Steel Tubes for High-Pressure Fuel Injection Pipes.
Inner Surface Quality Grade
The best inner surface quality we can supply is P grade, defects no more than 0.05mm. After autofrettage, O grade, the top inner surface quality can be achieved.
Delivery Condition
Normalized, straight length, without autofrettage.
